 Check for loose hardware

Make sure you point the exit flap away from your car, etc. The blades came out when I started it.

No more window - also a hole in the roof.

It started easy, though :)

MD RESPONDS: The owner's manual recommends checking for loose hardware when first setting up the unit, and every 5 hours after that.
