Ramsplitter 20-Ton Honda-Powered Horizontal Gas Log Splitter

Splitter is all that I asked for. Performs well, BUT- Trying to get replacement parts is impossible. Doug, Owner? has answering machine but NEVER returns your call and meantime, I'm down wanting a part and cannot find anywhere to order but from Ramsplitter.

Last year the same part took me over 2 mo. to get after repeated calls that were finally answered,only to give my credit card no and 3 weeks later, NO PARTS. Doug repeatedly said the famous words----In the mail.

Wish I had bought a splitter from a reliable dealer that would take care of business.

LSD RESPONDS: Ramsplitter log splitters are made the old fashioned way- one at a time, by Americans in Rockford, IL. The Fall is their busiest season, and Doug (the owner) doesn't get to spend much time sitting down.
